Master of Primary Health Care Management

To complete a successful application, you must provide the required information, write three essays and a research plan, and upload the necessary documents.

The application consists of 10 sections, and you must complete each section before progressing to the next. You can only move to the next page after finishing the current one.

You will need to fill out details regarding your personal information, educational background, work experience, financial support, and language proficiency. Next, you must write three distinct essays demonstrating your motivation, goals, development impact, and contributions to your community or country. Additionally, you must provide a brief overview of your research plan.

Finally, you must upload the required documents, including:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a photo (maximum 3 pages)
• Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (original and notarized copy, if not in English, the translated version is also to be provided)
• Bachelor’s Degree Transcript (original and notarized copy, if not in English, the translated version is also to be provided)
• Passport
• English Proficiency Test Result
• Two Reference Letters (please use this template)
• Bank Statement for the past three months
• Other three additional documents can be uploaded.
